DUI Violations

The state of Arizona has three different rules that pertain to driving under the influence violations. It all depends on what category you fall under to determine what your legal alcohol limit is. The first blood alcohol content limit that is set is the one you are probably most familiar with: .08 percent. This is the limit set for all of those drivers who are 21 years or older. For commercial drivers, their BAC limit is substantially lower at .04 percent. Finally, whereas many other states provide a small allowance to those drivers under the age of 21 often for religious purposes Arizona has a zero-tolerance policy for minors.
